  • Mono-static radar $\mapsto$ 5-15 seconds for orbit determination
  • Tri-static radar $\mapsto$ 0.1 seconds for initial orbit determination
  • Capacity increases by a factor of 50-150 with a factor of ~3 in cost
  • Maintainable catalogue size is limited by radar time
  • Fast enough to measure "all" objects within FoV
  • Three transmitters $\mapsto$
    system redundancy, higher accuracy, and mono-static operations for each site possible
  • Nordic location $\mapsto$ existing infrastructure, polar orbits, "science park"
